If requested, we can shot blast each plate entering our facility, to ensure premium Surface condition of each part. We use Schlick shot blasting line with following parameters:

PLATE THICKNESS RANGE: 6–200 mm
PLATE WIDTH: 2500 mm
PLATE MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 10 000 kg
ABRASIVE MEDIUM: Steel, Sa 2.5

Depending on specific needs and requirements, we can provide further precise processing, such as:

Drilling with Pax radial drilling machine, which we use for drilling, threading, counterboring and other operations in mild
steels, high-strength steels and Hardox^® wear plate.

We also process parts with mechanical chamfering and grinding for edge preparation.
