When ordering from stock, you can expect on-time deliveries 24-48 hours after you place your order. After ordering, you'll receive comprehensive logistics support and order status information up until you receive your shipment.

Wherever you are, you can always get information about ordering and shipping, claims, delivery conditions, and marking and packing from your local service contact.

General conditions and certificates

The SSAB General Conditions of Sale have area specific versions. The General Conditions with an area denomination in the title shall apply to all sales contracts concluded in or relating to deliveries destined to that particular area. In all other cases ALBIF 2000 shall apply.
